Extended Information Form!

In order to help you better, we need to know more about you. The form below is for your convenience and allows us to gather information about you. This will mainly be used by us to filter out unsuitable enquiries and will not be passed on without your consent. If you have any questions or comments, please mail us.

This is a common form, (not only for our models, but also stylists, make-up artists etc), therefore devided in two parts. All persons fill in the first part, and models also fill in the second part.

Please fill in as much as you can, if you don't know/aren't sure, leave the field blank and we can solve it later togeather.

You can also use this form when you like to add or change your information, eg. if you have a new address. Bookmark this page!

You can also print out this page, fill it out on paper and sendit to us in a letter. Send it to:

Zolex Models have a service for models that we work with. We scan your photos, negatives, slides etc! For more info, mail us!

Any attached photographs are returned on request in the letter.

Modelling types: Please select which of the following styles you are happy to consider. From this we are able to find suitable inquiries for you. A selected category does not mean a must, just gives us an idea of what you would take under consideration. Each opportunity you get is up to you to deside if you find it interesting or not. The notes and examples will give you and idea of what we mean by each style. Not easy since everyone has a personal idea of each category :)

Portrait Normal face and full length portrait photographs. Example.

Fashion Photographic modelling of clothes, portrait, & lifestyle type shots. Example.

Promotional Photos selling products & working at trade shows. Example.

Catwalk Live fashion modelling at fashion shows. Example.

Swimsuit Swimsuit fashion modelling, swimsuit calendar, can be sexy but not nude pin up stylish shots, like Swimsuit Illustrated. Example.

Lingerie Underwear fashion modelling, lingerie calendar, can be a bit sexy but not nude pin up stylish shots, like Viktoria's Secret. Example.

Clothed glamour Glamour and sexy but not nude, pin up or artistic b/w type shots, like Cafe/Slitz/Maxim. Example.

Seethrough Can be from fashion style to sexy glamour, where shape and/or nipples may show through, can also be wet clothes. Example.

MMS MMS = Mobile content, Images, animations. Example.

Topless Can be artistic b/w style, sexy glamour and pin up style, with Topless included, like Cafe/Slitz/playboy. Example.

Artistic Nude. Classical and fine art b/w style nude shots. Example.

Glamour Nude From artistic b/w figure style to pin up calendar and sexy style like Slitz/Cafe/Playboy. Example.

Erotic Same but with an erotic touch, from artistic b/w to styles like playboy/penthouse. Example.
